"Absolute worst agent ever. Very rude customer service. They are not very competent and cannot get things done correctly or in a timely manner. I requested an address change in Sept 2022. It is now Feb 2023, and they still have not done it. I requested autopay, it took them 2 months to set it up. I tried to add a new vehicle recently and it did not go smoothly at all. They refused to send my temp insurance card to the dealership so they could get my registration completed. I had to reach out to State Farms 1-800 number in order to get done correctly. I have changed agents, stay far away from Jesse Leal’s office. Horrible experience!!!"

"Agent Jesse Leal is one of the most disrespectful and un knowledgeable agents I know. When I first got my truck I asked for a quote and Jesse managed to add me to his insurance without my approval and when confronting him, he got mad and told me I would have no business with State Farm if I tried to do something without his approval. If I could give this 0 stars I would. He does not know what he’s ever talking about and when confronting him with proof, he doesn’t know what to say and repeats himself. This agent is a joke and gets his business by tricking people into policies he has no knowledge of. Do your research before coming to him. DO NOT MAKE HIM YOUR AGENT"

"Worst agent ever!!! I’ve been with them for a year and have never heard a word from them. I just contacted their office almost 3 weeks ago for a homeowners quote because we are buying a house and still haven’t heard back, we always have to leave a message. We are DEFINITELY changing agents!!! Don’t waste your time, money, or energy with this one! And trust me, I’ve been with State Farm since 1986 and they are the WORST by far!!!"

"I would not recommend this agent. They were great until they made their sale. I moved over a policy, their employee input all my information wrong and almost caused me to be dropped, Jeannie was working to fix it but when I questioned her on why all my information she gave me was different then the letters I got in the mail she sent me a snippy Email capitalizing words and still continuing to lie about my rates. I called Jesse because I didn’t appreciate the way she talked to me and I still didn’t have the answers I wanted because my rates didn’t match online, he said it took a while to reflect correctly but not to worry I was going to be billed right. He was going to allow me to get billed a larger and incorrect amount that they never disclosed to me, it wasn’t until I called the contact center that I finally got a straight forward answer and was advised I wasn’t going to be billed what Jesse told me I was going to be billed the higher amount. After that they wouldn’t respond to calls, emails. I would even call the contact center requesting them to reach out to me and I’d never get a response. The service I got here was rude, and careless. Needless to say it costed them our business and I will be sure to never recommend this location."

"This guy has dropped the ball multiple times he didn't put my vehicle in the system properly when I switch vehicles so when it came time to file claim because something happened to my vehicle State Farm had no idea what I was talking about then when I called him because I obviously had paperwork but for some reason he didn't put it in the system properly good thing I had paperwork to back it up. Still never took accountability for anything he did. The worst agent I've ever had!"
